Taichung Cheng Ching Hospital, New Building (Jing Yi Building)

We constructed a new building on a lot adjacent to the Chung Kang Branch of Cheng Ching Hospital in Xitun District, Taichung City (centerwestern Taiwan), which had been designed and constructed by Taisei in 1996. The building is equipped with facilities for general surgery, as well as MRI and CT examinations for health checkups, which will enable the hospital to accommodate VIPs, etc.

Hanoi, Vietnam No.2 Terminal Building Noi Bai International Airport

We constructed new terminal buildings, fuel supply facilities, airport information systems, and other structures for Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The airport started operating on the day following its delivery, which was an unprecedented early opening.

Osaki Bright Tower

A large office building complex was opened in front of the Osaki Station. Completion of a total of seven buildings with 250,000 m2 of floor space at the last section of the large complex redevelopment area finalized an urban development project centered on Osaki Fukutoshin.

TEKKO BUILDING

We engaged in reconstruction work for the TEKKO BUILDING, which had played a part as a business center supporting local development since 1951.
The intermediate seismic isolation structure was adopted for the first time in the area, and vibration control device was installed in the building to prepare for major earthquakes.

Lalaport Ebina

For a shopping center located at the West Exit of Ebina Station in central Kanagawa Prefecture, where three major railroads links, we applied a glass façade at its entrance, which is connected to the station via a pedestrian skybridge. We also created an urban space with a sophisticated ambience inside the mall, contributing to local development.

Earth Environmental Service Co., Ltd. Saito Research Institute (T-CUBE)

T-CUBE is the research institute of a high-technology company, which applies a variety of sophisticated environmental technologies. Taisei developed a creative business space by organically combining multiple functions—training, analyses, practical, experimentation, etc.

Todoroki Athletics Stadium, Main Stand

As part of the Todoroki Green Park restructuring project, we engaged in reconstruction work for the main stand at Todoroki Athletics Stadium, which was integrated with the park. The building's features include an upper stand that tilts forward to bring spectators closer to the field. Solar panels installed on the roof and other environmental technologies make the stadium environmentally friendly.

Taisei reconstructed the Ginza stationery store, which first opened in 1904. While inheriting the presence of the existing building in Ginza, new hallways, which are now open to the street, update the image of the old store brilliantly. The store, used to be characterized as a store where people would go only to buy goods. By offering various experiences, it has been reborn as a store where people can pass time.
