Taisei U-Lec organizes tours of its ISO 9001-certified PC* factory for property owners, companies, and students. These tours are very popular, allowing visitors to see with their own eyes how high-quality, high-precision, and high environmental performance PC boards are manufactured under the company’s strict quality management system.

Taisei Setsubi has developed "Integrated Management System (IMS)" - an integration of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO accredited to Taisei Setsubi tailored along with construction operation flow.

Taisei is developing a 3D-MC construction system designed to improve the reliability of key construction processes such as road subgrading and paving. By controlling construction machinery from a GPS Total Station, the system improves accuracy and reduces the manual workload.

Taisei Rotec was the first in the industry to introduce the slip-form technique, which eliminates traditional formwork from the concrete laying process. Slip-form improves the build quality of cement concrete paving and concrete structures while also streamlining the construction process and reducing the manual workload.
