BIM-VR連携システムの開発
システム概要と適用事例
筆者らは，評価者とVRシステムとの高度な対話機能の開発として BIM（Building Information Model）とVR（Virtual Reality）の連携システムを開発した。本報では，設計者が作成したBIMのモデルと設計仕様の情報を的確かつ簡便に提示することが可能なVRシステムを実施例とともに紹介する。更に，BIM-VR連携システムを拡張し，ユーザが簡便な操作で自ら設計情報を評価することを可能としたビューアシステムを開発した。ここでは，意匠，構造，設備を対象とした設計情報の評価を行った事例を紹介する。

Development of Integrated System Using BIM and VR
Outline of System and Examples of Application
The authors have developed a system integrating BIM(Building Information Model) and VR(Virtual Reality) with an advanced conversation function. This paper describes a VR system that can easily and adequately display a BIM-created model and information about its design specifications. In addition, a viewer system was developed to enhance the integration of BIM and VR and simplify the user's evaluation of the design information. This paper also describes how information about the design, structure, and equipment is evaluated.
