弾性すべり支承用耐火被覆システムの開発

建物の中間階免震に弾性すべり支承免震装置を適用するために必要な耐火被覆システムを開発した。本システムは従来品よりも省スペースで,地震後に変位が残留しても耐火性能が保持され,点検作業も容易である。本研究では実大試験体を用いた変位追従性実験と載荷加熱試験を実施し,さらに加熱後の弾性すべり支承の変形性能とすべり材,すべり板の変状も測定した。その結果,本システムの変位追従性と復元性および本システムを適用した弾性すべり支承免震装置を含む柱の耐火性能を確認することができた。また,火災後の補修期間における弾性すべり支承の一時的な継続使用に対して構造安全性を検討するためのデータが得られた。

Development of Fire Protection System for Elastic Sliding Bearing

The objective of the study is to evaluate the performance of a new fire protection system for elastic sliding bearings. The system was developed for use with elastic sliding bearings in buildings that are seismically isolated at middle height. The system saves space compared with the earlier product, and retains its fireproofing performance even with residual displacement after an earthquake. Furthermore, the system makes for easy checking of the bearings. A displacement tolerance test and fire loading of the system using a full-size bearing model were carried out. The deformation capacity of a post-heating elastic sliding bearing and deformation of a sliding plate and a sliding material were measured. The test confirmed that the system is tolerant to displacement, has adequate recovery performance, and provides fireproofing protection to the column, including the elastic sliding bearing, enclosed by the system. In addition, data were collected for an examination of structural safety with respect to temporary use of the elastic sliding bearing in the repair period after a fire.
