Work styles are undergoing tremendous changes due to the spread of COVID-19. Increasingly the trend is toward "non-gathering work styles" in which teleworking and online conferences are used to avoid crowded working conditions. But should we completely eliminate the value of the shared pleasure and enjoyment that come from gathering together with others?
