シラン系含浸材の長期耐久性に関する実験的検討
著者らはシラン系表面含浸材を開発し,その実用化を進めている。本報では,開発した表面含浸材の基本特性を述べた上で,コンクリート表層の品質改善効果を検証するために実施した塩化物イオン浸透,紫外線劣化,凍結融解抵抗性,鉄筋腐食試験などの室内促進試験および比較的過酷な海洋飛沫帯での実環境暴露試験における鉄筋の腐食抑制効果について報告する。その結果,開発した表面含浸材は,優れた塩化物イオン浸透抵抗性,紫外線劣化抵抗性,鉄筋腐食抑制効果を有することおよび実環境下においても鉄筋腐食の進行が抑制されていることが明らかとなった。

Experimental Study on the Long-term Durability of Silane-based Impregnation Materials
The authors have developed a silane-based surface impregnation material and are working on its practical application. This paper first describes the basic properties of the developed surface impregnation material, and then reports on the corrosion inhibition effect on reinforcing bars (rebars) observed in accelerated laboratory tests conducted to verify the effectiveness of the impregnation material in improving the quality of the concrete surface layer, such as chloride ion penetration, ultraviolet degradation, freeze-thaw resistance and rebar corrosion tests, and a real-world exposure test in a relatively severe marine splash zone. The test results showed that the developed surface impregnation material has excellent resistance to chloride ion penetration and ultraviolet degradation and has a rebar corrosion inhibition effect, and that the progress of rebar corrosion can be effectively inhibited even in a real-world service environment.
