現場管理システム「T-iDigital® Field」の開発
トンネル工事における標準アプリケーション導入後の効果検証
当社は，DXによる生産システムの変革と働き方改革の実現を重点課題とし，国土交通省が推進するBIM/CIM，i-Construction，及びインフラ分野のDX推進関連技術を基盤として，遠隔化・自動化・データ連携等の技術開発を進めている。T-iDigital Fieldはデータ利活用型の現場管理システムであり，このシステムはCPSの概念に基づくシステム開発手法を用い，現場に点在するヒト・モノ・コトのあらゆる情報をデジタル技術により取得・分析・連携されたプラットフォームでデジタルツインを形成している。そして建設に関わる諸問題を予見し，これらを解決あるいは回避するための支援策を施すことでミス・ロス・無駄を防ぎ，生産性や安全性を向上させることを目的としている。2020年度まではダム現場を中心に開発を進めてきたが，2021年度よりダム以外の工種にも導入展開を進めており，その中で今回は実際のトンネル工事現場にシステム適用し，生産性向上に寄与できることを確認した。

Development of the Field Management System "T-iDigital Field"
Effect Verification after Introduction of Standard Application in Tunnel Construction
We are focusing on the transformation of production systems and the realization of work style reforms through DX. Using the BIM/CIM, i-Construction, and DX-related technologies that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting in the infrastructure field as the technological basis, we are developing technologies such as remote control, automation, and data linkage. T-iDigital Field is a data utilization type field management system. This system uses a system development method based on the concept of CPS and forms a digital twin on a platform that acquires, analyzes, and links all kinds of information about people, things, and events that are scattered around the site using digital technology. It also aims to prevent mistakes, losses, and waste, and improve productivity and safety by foreseeing construction-related problems and implementing support measures to solve or avoid them. While the focus of development was put on dam sites until 2020, we are intending to apply the system to construction sites other than dams from fiscal 2021. This time, this system was applied to an actual tunnel construction site and it was confirmed that it can contribute to improving productivity there.
