医療機関の電波管理支援システムの開発と実施事例
医用テレメータを対象とした測定事例
医療機関では医用テレメータや電子カルテなど電波を利用する医療機器の導入が進み，利便性が向上している。その一方で，電波が届かない，通信ができない等の電波的トラブルが顕在化している。電波利用機器の安全利用のため，平常時から維持管理のために定期的に測定を実施し電波管理を行っていくことが重要である。しかし，現状の医療機関においては電波に関する知識や電波管理にかける人手が不足しているというのが実情である。このような背景の下，本研究では医療機関における定期的な電波測定の重要性の検証と，なるべく人手をかけずに定期的な電波測定を行うしくみの開発・実証を行った。本稿では，医用テレメータを対象とした事例について紹介する。

Development of Radio Wave Management System for Medical Institutes and a System Usage Case Study
Case Study on a Medical Telemetry Unit
In recent years, medical institutions have been promoting the introduction of medical instruments that use radio wave such as medical telemetry units and electronic medical records, providing more convenience in medical settings. At the same time, issues such as the inability to receive or transmit radio signals has surfaced. For the safe use of medical radio instruments, it is important to manage radio wave by measuring them on a regular basis. However, in reality, most medical institutions do not have sufficient knowledge about radio wave or enough personnel for radio wave management. Against this background, we verified the importance of routine radio wave measurement in medical institutions. We also developed and demonstrated a system for measuring radio wave on a regular basis that requires only a minimal amount of labor. In this article, we present a case study on a medical telemetry unit.
