常時微動測定に基づくTAC.T OFFICEの振動性状

耐震改修前後の性状比較と簡易測定手法の検証

大成建設技術センターTAC.T OFFICE(本館)では,継続的に地震観測が行われているほか,耐震改修工事が実施される前後に常時微動測定を行い,詳細な振動性状を調査した。本稿では,得られた耐震改修前後の振動性状と耐震改修の効果,および地震観測記録にみられる耐震改修の効果について報告する。併せて,常時微動測定の簡易化について検討を行っている。建物全体の多点同時の大がかりな常時微動測定の省力化を目的として,少数のセンサーで測定を繰り返す方法(部分移動測定)について,取得データをもとにシミュレーションを行い有効性を検証した。

Vibration Characteristics of TAC.T OFFICE Based on Ambient Vibration Measurement

Comparison before and after Seismic Retrofit and Evaluation of Simplified Measurement Method

At the main building of Taisei Advanced Center of Technology (TAC.T OFFICE), continuous seismic monitoring is being performed, and in addition ambient vibration measurement was conducted before and after seismic retrofit to determine the detailed vibration characteristics of the building. In this paper, the change of vibration characteristics before and after the seismic retrofit and the effect of the seismic retrofit is reported. Also, the effect of the seismic retrofit as seen on the seismic measurement records is reported. In addition, simplification of the ambient vibration measurement was studied to reduce the cost of measurement compared with conventional large-scale simultaneous measurement. The simplified measurement method called ‘sequential partial measurement’ is a method using repeated measurement with a small number of sensors, and its effectiveness was verified by performing simulation based on the acquired data.
