風上の建物が高層建物の外圧係数・風振動に与える影響

高層建物に作用する外圧係数分布や風振動性状に与える風上側の建物の影響を風洞実験結果に基づいて検討した結果を報告する。外圧係数は壁面をいくつかの評価部位に分け,その部位内の計測点の最大・最小値について,風上側の建物の位置と風向が与える影響を評価した。風上側の建物の影響がピーク外圧係数に与える影響は,帖壁端部が影響を受け,そのなかでも影響が大きいのは建物頂部近傍の部位であった。風振動の評価では,居住性能評価における加速度応答倍率は近隣建物の影響で1.8倍となるケースもあった。

Effects of a Windward Building on the Pressure Coefficients and Wind-induced Vibrations of a Tall Building

This report discusses, the results of wind tunnel tests conducted to evaluate the influence of an adjacent windward building on the distribution and values of the external pressure coefficients for high-rise buildings and on the wind induced vibrations. The each wall was divided into three or more regions before evaluating the external pressure coefficient value. The maximum and minimum values of the measurement point in the region were selected, and changes in the pressure coefficient value examined by considering the adjacent windward building position and wind direction. The results show that, the influence of an adjacent windward building on the minimum peak pressure coefficient extends to the edge of the each wall, especially at high elevations. In the residence performance wind vibration calculation, the windward building increased the acceleration response by a factor of 1.8.
