オフィスビルのリニューアル工事における室内化学物質濃度の実態調査

本件は,オフィスビルの内装リニューアル工事を利用して,リニューアル工事前後における濃度上昇の状況調査およびリニューアル工事後の家具設置における影響,換気運転有無での濃度変化影響の調査をすることを目的とした。また,完成後約7ヶ月後までの室内濃度の推移も調査すると共に,内装に使用した建築材料の放散物質およびその量を測定し,室内濃度上昇の原因究明も行った。その結果,内装材料の放散量測定結果から,リニューアル前後,家具搬入後,換気有無の濃度上昇要因を把握する事が出来た。また,経時における室内濃度変化は,3~4ヶ月目までで減少するものの隣接するエリアの工事の影響を受けることが分かった。

Investigation of the Indoor Air Quality for Office Building Before and After the Renewal

The purpose of this study was to investigate concentration increases due to a renewal of building interiors, the effect of furniture layout after the renewal, and the effect of mechanical ventilation on concentrations by studying an office building interior renewal project. Indoor concentration measurement was continued for about seven months after the completion of the renewal project, and the types and quantities of materials emitted by the building materials used in the interiors were identified and measured to investigate the cause of the increases in indoor concentrations. As a result, factors contributing to the concentration increases after the renewal and after the furniture installation and to the concentration changes due to ventilation were identified. It was also found that although indoor concentrations continue to decrease for three to four months after the completion of renewal, they are influenced by adjacent construction work.
