大成建設技術センター本館リニューアル

大成建設技術センター本館は1979年に竣工、27年余りを経た建物であったが、建物を使いながらリニューアルを実施し、2007年に新しい研究開発環境として生まれ変わった。本プロジェクトでは、「コミュニケーション」「セーフティ&セキュリティ」「サスティナビリティ」の3つのコンセプトを設定し、多くの新技術を適用して、よりクリエイティブな研究開発環境による知的生産性の向上を目指した。「コミュニケーション」では、異分野間の偶発的なコミュニケーションを誘発する空間づくり、「セーフティ&セキュリティ」では、建物や情報管理に関する徹底的な安全・安心の確保、「サスティナビリティ」では、環境負荷低減と長寿命化の実現を目指し、当社が開発した意匠、構造、設備の新技術を適用した。

Taisei Technology Center Renovation

The main building of Taisei Technology Center, which was completed 27 years ago in 1979, has been renovated as a new research & development (R & D) environment in 2007. In this project, we incorporated 3 concepts, "Communication," "Safety & Security," and "Sustainability," and introduced many new technologies to realize a more creative R & D environment for improved intellectual productivity. "Communication" aims at creating a space that induces unplanned communication among varied research fields, "Safety & Security" aims at ensuring thorough security and safety of the building and information management, and "Sustainability" aims at environmental load reduction and longer life. These concepts were realized by applying our newly developed design, structure, and building equipment technologies.
