We examined the degrading system of the dioxins contained in ash or soil by the lignin degrading enzymes from the white rot fungi. Already, we selected MS325 strain forms lignin degrading enzymes efficiently. It was examined efficiency production of these enzymes, and enzymatic degradation of the dioxins contained in the incinerated ashes. As the results, we selected the additive material can improve activities of lignin degrading enzymes, and established cultivation methods for mass production. Moreover, it did the verification to have grasped conditions in case of degradation of dioxins using real pollution ashes. As the results, we had possibility of degradation of dioxins contained in ashes under the normal temperature by the systematic design combined each elements. |
