| Laboratory and field rolling tests were conducted to study the applicability of the compaction management method using acceleration response. The index of turbulence factor, mainly studied in Japan, was used to study the relationship with compaction density as measured by RI gauge. In conclusion, it was found that there are cases where this method is not suitable for quantitative management of compaction. |
