EPS吸音板の鉄道音低減への適用

使用済み発泡スチロールを特殊処理したEPS骨材を用いた吸音板を、鉄道音低減用として開発した。開発した吸音壁は、(1)遮音板を組み込んだ「防音壁タイプ」と、(2)コンクリート高欄等に設置する「貼付けタイプ」、の２種類である。このうち、「貼付けタイプ」を、小田急電鉄喜多見電車基地出入庫線において実施施工した。
本報告では、開発した吸音壁の特徴と諸性能を紹介している。

An Application to Railway Noise Reduction of EPS Sound Absorptive Board

The sound absorptive barrier made of exhausted expanded polystyrene (EPS) was developed for the reduction of railroad noise.
The sound absorptive barrier we developed is two types. One is the "sound barrier type" with sound insulation board inside, and the other is the "hanging type" which is hung to the concrete handrail. The sound absorptive wall of "hanging type" was constructed at Odakyu Electric Railway Kitami train base entrance and exit line.
