Lennon

Me

years
since
then/
Meeting
in
Karuizawa"

The
John
Lennon
Museum
(Junichi
Mizusawa,
General
Manager
of
the
Museum/
Chuo-ku,
Saitama-city)
will
hold
the
special
exhibition
2007
under
the
main
theme
of
"John
Lennon
and
Me"
at
Event
Room
on
the
5th
floor,
dividing
into
two
terms.
It
has
been
30
years
since
the
Lennon
family
visited
Karuizawa.
With
a
focus
on
the
Lennon
family
that
spent
the
peaceful
summer
in
Karuizawa,
we
will
introduce
the
local
people's
soothing
episodes
with
the
family
and
Karuizawa's
landscape
that
John
saw,
through
the
actual
experiences
and
words
of
the
local
people
who
met
John
at
that
time.
Moreover,
elementary
and
junior
high
school
students
will
get
free
admission
to
the
Museum
during
the
summer
vacation
from
July
21
through
August
31,
and
all
the
visitors
to
the
Museum
will
receive
a
guidebook
of
John
Lennon's
life
and
the
highlights
of
the
Museum.
We
will
also
place
useful
tour
guide
sheets
to
read
in
the
Museum
beside
the
Information
Counter.
