Taking Souvenir Pictures beside John & Yoko Became Possible
|
The John Lennon Museum (Jiro Kikuchi, General Manager of the Museum/Saitama-city, Saitama pref.) received a life-size picture board of John & Yoko (* John's height: 178 cm) provided by Ms. Yoko Ono, and set up the board at the Museum Lobby on the fourth floor.
In our Museum, we have been asking visitors to refrain from taking pictures in the exhibit area in terms of conservation of exhibits since we opened in 2000. Year after year, however, we have received many requests from visitors to have a place in order to take souvenir pictures. Upon consultation with Ms. Yoko Ono, the idea of having that place turned into reality. |
