連続炭素繊維シート複合パネルによる柱部材の耐震補強効果確認実験

CF複合パネルは,連続炭素繊維シートを2枚のフレキシブルボードで挟み込んだ薄肉・軽量の成形パネルであり,これまで主にトンネル覆工のリニューアル等の補修・曲げ補強材として適用されてきた。
本論文では,このCF複合パネルを柱部材の耐震補強へ活用することを目的として,CF複合パネルにより補強したRC柱試験体の正負交番載荷実験を行った。無補強の試験体での実験結果との比較および連続繊維シート補修補強指針に示される式による計算値との比較から,本実験においては炭素繊維シート内蔵のCF複合パネルを用いることで,せん断補強効果およびじん性補強効果が得られることが明らかとなり,耐震補強工法としての有効性が確認された。

Reversed Cyclic Loading Test of Reinforced Concrete Column Strengthened by the Carbon Fiber Combined Panel

Carbon fiber combined panel (CF panel) is that have been put the carbon fiber sheet with two flexible boards, and it is a thin and lightweight forming panel. These CF panels have been applied to the retrofitting of tunnel lining or another structure until now. The authors aim to develop the applicability of this CF panel to strengthening of pier columns. Then, two reversed cyclic loading tests of reinforced concrete columns were conducted. One was that does not have the CF panels around column, and failure mode of the test was shear failure. Another specimen had the CF panels on it, and failure mode of the test was bending failure with good ductility. The test results were estimated by the design specification and the guide line of retrofitting with using carbon fiber sheets. The authors confirmed that retrofitting by the CF panels had efficiency to improve shear resistance and ductility of pier columns.
