医療施設における仕上材料選定に関する研究

タイルカーペット沈降粉塵の再飛散性および清掃性の検討

病院の内装用の床材としてタイルカーペットを用いる場合,快適性・安全性・遮音性に加えて,空気中への粉塵の再飛散量を抑える効果が期待される。そこで,タイルカーペットの表面に沈降した粉塵について,再飛散性を評価する粉塵再飛散性試験方法と,清掃時の除去性を評価する粉塵除去性試験方法を検討した。
15種類のタイルカーペットを評価してパイル高さとパイル密度による効果を分析し,いったん付着した粉塵が再飛散しにくく清掃時に除去しやすいタイルカーペット3種類を選定した。

Study on Re-entrainment and Cleanability of Settling Dust on the Carpet Tile

Where carpet tiles are applied as the flooring interior in the hospital, the suppression of the amount of dust re-entrainment into the air can be expected, in addition to the improvement of comfortability, safety, and sound insulation performance. In this study, methods for evaluating the re-entrainment of dusts settled on the carpet tiles and for evaluating the removability of settled dusts by cleaning were investigated. With the proposed test method, the effects of pile height and pile density were analyzed for 15 carpet tiles. As a result, three kinds of carpet tiles were selected according to indicator features for low re-entrainment and high removability of dusts.
