大型プロジェクトを支える最先端の建設技術（建築分野）
建築分野の大型プロジェクトを構成する技術は多岐にわたるため，さまざまな分野の専門技術者の知見を活用するとともに，各種の要素技術を技術開発して適用している。プロジェクトのフェーズとして設計・施工というプロセスで建物を完成させるだけで完了するわけではなく，供用期間を通じて安全性や耐久性を担保し，建物としての機能性や快適性を確保しなければならない。また、新築、運用，維持・リニューアル，災害時の対応，更新時というライフサイクル全体をイメージし，最適なライフサイクルを構築することが重要である。本報ではこのような大型プロジェクトの各フェーズにおいて不可欠な最先端の技術を紹介する。

Advanced Technologies Essential to Big Construction Projects ( Buildings )
Big construction projects of buildings are composed of many technological elements, so knowledge of varied engineers is required and newly developed technologies are applied. Design and construction do not complete the projects. Safety, durability, functionality, and comfort need to be sustained during the lifetime of the projects. Also optimization of the life cycle, including operation, maintenance, renewal, business continuity, and demolition, are crucial. This paper summarizes the advanced technologies which are needed for big projects throughout the life cycle.
