ハーモニカ工法の止水技術の開発
大深度地下へのハーモニカ工法(推進式)の適用

非開削でアンダーパス等の構造物を構築するハーモニカ工法(大断面分割トンネル工法)は,従来技術に対する優位性から,着実にその実績を伸ばしてきています。一方,大都市部では今後,大深度地下の利用が本格化することから,浅深度での実績を有するハーモニカ工法を大深度地下空間構築に適用する技術に高めるために,大深度の高水圧下における積み上げた小断面トンネル間の止水技術の開発を行いました。
函体間の止水を可能とするHLシールをはじめとして,特殊形状対応のエントランス,スクレーパーや現場接続用圧着機の開発を行い,0.8MPaの耐水性能を確認しました。

Waterproofing Technique for Large Tunnels Constructed from Small Shield Tunnels
"Harmonica Method" Applied to Deep-underground Tunnel Construction

A tunneling method for large-tunnels that combines several smaller shield tunnels, which we call the "Harmonica Method", has been used to construct many large tunnels because of its’ many advantages over conventional methods. In the future, many more large tunnels will be constructed under large cities. Therefore, we have developed a "Harmonica Method" for deep-underground tunnel construction. It is very important to water-proof the joints of the steel frames in the interspace between a tunnel and a neighboring tunnel as well as the area where the steel-frame joint crosses the interspace between tunnels.
We have developed "HL Seal" that can get water-proof between adjacent tunnels, entrance seals for irregular parts, a sand scraper, and a Joint tool for construction site. And the HL seal can proof against 0.8MPa water pressure.
