The influence of mix-proportional and material
factors, i.e. unit water content, cement content or particle distribution of
sand-gravel, for density and compressive strength of CSG was confirmed by laboratory
test and field test. And the quality of model structure constructed by CSG
that was manufactured by newly CSG continuous mixing apparatus was examined.
As the result, it was clarified that the optimum unit water content for the
maximum strength would be existed, the void content affects on the strength
below that water content and the water-cement ratio affects above that water
content. Then it suggested that proper character of sand-gravel for the strength
growth would be existed too. As the constructed structure by CSG has sufficient
density and strength with same of specimens, the newly CSG continuous mixing
apparatus would be able to be sure the reliable performance on CSG structure. |
