フレッシュコンクリートの単位水量試験に関する検討

フレッシュコンクリートの単位水量測定方法について、実機試験および室内試験を行った。単位水量測定方法として、高周波加熱乾燥法、静電容量法と水中質量法について比較を行い、測定員の熟練度が比較的必要ないと思われる高周波加熱乾燥法の精度を確認し、品質管理への適用性を検討した。試験の結果、事前に予備実験を行い補正係数を求めることで、どちらの試験方法でも水中質量法と同程度の精度が得られることが確認できた。

Study on Determination of Water Content of Fresh Concrete

Three types of the measuring method of water content in fresh concrete were tested in the laboratory and the field. Accuracy of microwave method and capacitance method was examined by comparing with that of the measuring apparent mass in water method. It became clear that water content in fresh concrete can be measured precisely with the microwave method if correction value with water cement ratio is get through the test.
