Yuraku Real Estate encourages female employees to continue working after childbirth and also to be more involved in the company' s business activities in order to emphasize female perspectives on housing. The company has extended the length of childcare leave and made other revisions to its administrative regulations in addition to promoting shorter working hours. Since making such changes, all female employees have returned to work after childbirth.
In order to reduce overtime, the company has designated every Wednesday as “No Overtime Day” and introduces topics on productive use of after work hours.
