
We distributed cards describing our management philosophy to every Group officer and employee to promote understanding and awareness of the Structure of Values and Policies reviewed in June 2010. The cards were translated into English and Chinese for officers and employees of overseas offices and subsidiaries.

In September 2010, we held a dialogue with stakeholders in cooperation with the Keizai Koho Center (Japan Institute for Social and Economic Af fairs). We intended for this conference to facilitate a dialogue with the public as part of our CSR activities as well as to increase the public’s understanding of our construc tion technology. We had a lively exchange of views with 22 participants at the Technology Center (Yokohama City).
