- Enforcement of the Law Concerning Rational Use of Energy and the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law (April 2010) 		- Taisei Corporation President Yamauchi made a Speech at One of the COP 10 related meetings between business executives and ministerial representatives from several countries
- Taisei earned the highest score of all Japanese companies in the Carbon Disclosure Project 2010 (October 2010)

- Taisei Sapporo Building and Taisei Technology Center Main Building used emissions rights（Kyoto credits） to be carbon neutral, establishing carbon-free office and building (March 2010）
- The Taisei 1-ton Club, which is a carbon offset program.A total of 655 employees participated in the program and 973 tons of emissions credits were purchased for individual homes offset(March 2010）
