Taisei Service has created booklets for use in its safety training reflecting the realities of the building management business. Titles include “Risk Assessment” and “List of Work-related Accidents in 2010 and Risk Assessment Reference Materials.”
Also, safety personnel at the company’s headquarters make rounds of properties under company management and give safety guidance.

The company facilities are the workplace environment of our employees, while our condominium buildings represent the precious assets of our customers. It is important to minimize the damage caused by fires and earthquakes. To this end, all employees are required to attend regular training sessions on how to respond appropriately as a professional building management team in the event of a disaster.
