Health and Safety in the Workplace

Our core maxim is that all accidents are preventable. Safety must be our top priority as a member of the construction industry. To this end, the Health and Safety Policies call for a safety-fi rst attitude in the workplace. A safe working environment translates into better quality standards and in turn a more meaningful contribution to society.
Health and safety practices at Taisei Corporation are based on a systematic framework called the Taisei Occupational Health and Safety Management System (TAISEI OHSMS). We aim to provide a secure workplace environment for all employees, and by doing so to earn the respect and confi dence of wider society.
